This gathered top was made to be completely adjustable with elastic under the bust, strap adjusters and a neckline that can cinch to fit a wide variety of bodies (and chichi’s! no need bra!). This fabric was created from a dead stock bolt and probably won’t be found again. Imagine this top paired with your favorite pair of vintage jeans.
